The Circles program is a place to share knowledge, expand your network, and take on new skill-building opportunities. Our primary mission is to create an engaging community within BairesDev where we can nurture a culture of learning, collaboration, and growth.
Circles are the foundation of this program. Each focuses on a specific technology and is led by a Circles Leader, with support from Circle Experts who work across Circles.
This setup lets us create better client solutions by combining deep expertise with cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Members progress through levels called Rings. As they do, they gain experience, increase their leadership abilities, and enhance their impact within the organization. By the time members reach the Inner Circle (the innermost ring), they’ve developed the advanced skills and leadership experience needed to take on complex challenges and lead teams.
Technical skills are only part of the equation. Circles Academy helps members boost their commercial and interpersonal skills while building stronger business acumen.
Through structured learning paths, they become product-minded critical thinkers who can work seamlessly with stakeholders and align solutions with broader business goals.
New members begin by joining the primary circle aligned with their expertise. They advance through the rings as they contribute to the community and actively take part in the program's activities. Along the way, they grow professionally through the Circles Academy, which offers specialized training in advanced tech skills, soft skills, business knowledge, and commercial expertise.
The highest level of achievement is Circle Expert. This elite group of top professionals get access to unique growth opportunities and enjoy higher visibility within the company as a reward for their outstanding performance.
After joining the company, devs are assigned to a Primary Circle based on their expertise, and then picks 1-2 secondary Circles based on interest
